The team of executive search experts at Odgers Berndtson will conduct a rigorous four-phase selection process to shortlist students and each successful finalist will have an opportunity to shadow a CEO for a full day.
“This programme benefits students who have the theoretical knowledge about leadership and want to experience the practical side. It gives them the opportunity to see leadership in action and exposes future leaders to actual role models,” says Leon Ayo, managing director of Odgers Berndtson Sub-Saharan Africa.
