While the Boschendal winemaking roots extend over 300 years to the origin of winemaking in the Cape Winelands, the fresh vision of young dedicated millennial winemakers focuses on translating some of the world’s most noble grape varieties and their delicate fruit expressions into Boschendal’s award-winning wines.
The 1685 range is presented in a unique curvaceous bottle inspired by the traditional bottle design used through the ages and commemorates the year of the original title deeds.
