#Afteraccess is a survey conducted by Research ICT Africa (Africa), LIRNEasia (Asia) and DIRSI (Latin America), which provides comparative analysis for internet access and usage across the Global South region.

This nationally representative study began in April 2017 and has so far surveyed 16 countries representing 30% of the global population through face-to-face household and individual interviews of around 90 minutes each. The research aims to accelerate changes in policies through building an evidence base  to enable decision makers  to make informed policy interventions to get people in  Africa, Asia and Latin America online and able to use the Internet  to enhance their wellbeing and participate more effectively in the economy and society..
